Emergency Contact Update Required
All employees are requested to update their emergency contact details on the HR portal. This is mandatory for insurance and emergency communication purposes. Deadline: 20th August 2026.
Night Shift Allowance Update
The night shift allowance has been revised upward by 15% effective 1st August 2026. This applies to all staff deployed on shifts between 10 PM and 6 AM. The revised allowance will reflect in the August salary.
IT Support Role – Work From Home
Sun & Co. is hiring for a remote IT Support specialist role. The role requires handling helpdesk tickets and providing Level 1 & Level 2 support. Experience with ITSM tools is preferred.
Gratuity Policy – Eligibility Update
As per the amended Payment of Gratuity Act, employees completing 4 years and 240 days of continuous service are now eligible for gratuity. HR will update all eligible employees individually.
Facility Manager – Contract Role
We are urgently looking for an experienced Facility Manager for a 6-month contract at a major industrial client in Aurangabad. Candidates with relevant experience may contact HR at hr@sunandco.com.
Referral Bonus Programme
Sun & Co. is launching a referral bonus programme. Employees who refer a candidate who is successfully placed will receive a cash bonus of ₹2,000 after the candidate completes 90 days. Refer via hr@sunandco.com.
Client Satisfaction Survey
A client satisfaction survey is being conducted for all active contracts. Site managers are requested to encourage client POCs to fill the online survey by 25th August. The survey link has been emailed.
Recruitment Drive – August 2026
Sun & Co. is conducting a major recruitment drive this August across Mumbai, Pune and Delhi NCR. Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply before the deadline. Walk-in interviews will be held at all regional offices.
Website Launch – New Job Portal
Sun & Co. has launched a new online job application portal at www.sunandco.com. Candidates can now view all open positions and apply directly online. Share this with potential candidates in your network.
Data Privacy Training – Mandatory
All employees handling client data are required to complete the online Data Privacy & GDPR awareness training module by 28th August. The training link has been shared via company email.
