Uniform Distribution Schedule
New uniforms for all field staff are being distributed through regional offices. Please collect your uniform between 9 AM and 5 PM on weekdays. Bring your employee ID card for verification.
Fire Safety Drill – All Sites
A mandatory fire safety drill will be conducted at all client sites managed by Sun & Co. on 18th August 2026. Site supervisors must coordinate with the safety officer and ensure 100% participation.
Leave Policy Amendment – 2026
The company's leave policy has been updated effective 1st September 2026. Key changes include an increase in casual leave entitlement and the introduction of a paternity leave policy. Details on the HR portal.
New Office – Hyderabad Branch
Sun & Co. is pleased to announce the opening of its new Hyderabad branch office in Hitech City. The branch will be operational from 1st September 2026. Contact hyderabad@sunandco.com for queries.
Vehicle Deployment Policy Update
The company vehicle deployment policy has been updated. All drivers must carry a valid driving licence, RC book, and insurance document at all times. Random checks will be conducted by the compliance team.
Overtime Policy Clarification
Following several queries, HR clarifies that overtime for field staff is computed at 1.5x the basic hourly rate for weekdays and 2x for Sundays and public holidays. Overtime must be pre-approved by the site supervisor.
Provident Fund – KYC Deadline
The EPFO has mandated KYC completion for all PF accounts. Employees whose Aadhaar is not linked to their PF account must do so before 31st August. The HR team will assist with the process.
Attendance Biometric Rollout
Biometric attendance devices are being installed at all major client sites. The rollout will be completed by 30th September. Until then, manual attendance sheets must be submitted daily to the site supervisor.
Diwali Bonus Announcement
Management is pleased to announce that all permanent employees will receive a Diwali ex-gratia bonus equivalent to 15 days' basic salary. The bonus will be credited in the October payroll.
Job Fair Participation – Delhi
Sun & Co. will be participating in the Delhi NCR Job Fair on 22nd August at Pragati Maidan. We will be hiring for over 50 positions. Interested candidates may walk in with updated resumes.
