Compliance & Background Verification
As per new client requirements, all deployed security personnel must undergo a fresh background verification check. The agency will reach out to individuals via registered mobile numbers this week.
Independence Day Celebration
Sun & Co. will celebrate Independence Day on 15th August at all regional offices. A flag hoisting ceremony will be held at 9 AM. All staff are encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will be provided.
Security Guard Training Programme
A mandatory refresher training programme for all armed security guards will be held at the Navi Mumbai training centre from 20th August to 25th August. Attendance is compulsory. TA/DA will be reimbursed.
New Client Onboarding – TechCorp Ltd
Sun & Co. has successfully onboarded TechCorp Ltd as a new facility management client in Bengaluru. This opens up 25 new positions across security, housekeeping and maintenance. Details to follow.
Office Timings – Eid Holiday
All Sun & Co. offices will remain closed on account of Eid-ul-Adha. Operations will resume the following working day. Emergency security personnel on duty will be contacted separately.
Annual Performance Review – 2026
The annual performance review cycle for FY 2025-26 has been initiated. All department heads are requested to complete their team appraisals on the performance management portal by 31st August.
Ex-Servicemen – Special Recruitment
Special recruitment for Ex-Servicemen (Army, Navy, Air Force) will be held on 28th August at the Mumbai head office. Bring your service discharge book, ID proof and updated resume. No registration required.
Housekeeping Staff Vacancy – Pune
We have openings for 10 housekeeping staff positions at a corporate client site in Pune (Hinjewadi). Interested candidates must report to the Pune regional office with their documents by 15th August.
